Since PartyVerse provides digital tickets and services, there is no physical shipping involved.
Tickets are delivered digitally via email and the PartyVerse app immediately after successful payment.
If tickets are not received, users should contact support@partyverse.com within 24 hours.
Delivery is considered complete once tickets are sent to the registered email/app account.
